Sabrina is donating her time as part of Pamper for a Purpose, an iACT event. Pamper for a Purpose is an opportunity for businesses and practitioners to bring global compassion and empathy into their local communities.

Born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Sabrina Mata, RYT, has studied law, Chromotherapy, and Reiki. After completing her 500-hour yoga teacher training at Yogaworks, Sabrina continued deepening her practice and knowledge by taking “Smart Flow” with Annie Carpenter, Yoga Sculpt, Yin Yoga, and Trauma-Informed Yoga.

Attracted by the multi-cultured world, creative, fashion lover and inspired by Paulo Coelho’s books and the strong colors of Frida Kahlo, Sabrina had an unconventional early motherhood experience when she was a teenager, which was a mark on her path and a deep life experience providing her a precocious sense of responsibility, compassion and spiritual awakening.

“Yoga is a great tool to overcome limits, expand self-knowledge, stimulate love and provide acceptance on the mat and in our own lives”.
