iACT strongly condemns President Trump’s Executive order. Refusing refuge to those escaping violence and oppression is wrong and counterproductive. The USA must not turn its back on the most vulnerable populations in the world. At iACT, we’ve had the privilege of working next to refugees from Darfur, Sudan, for over twelve years. We stand with them and with refugees and immigrants from the other countries targeted by this Executive order. They deserve protection and the opportunity to live a life of peace and dignity. We are also proud to stand with the millions of Americans that are speaking out and marching in support of a vision of a nation that is welcoming, empathetic, and compassionate. iACT stands with refugees.
