Trudy Goodman, Founding Teacher at InsightLA, spent a wonder filled week with the Little Ripples teachers. It was something of a humanitarian mindfulness retreat, where Trudy and Joslyn Hitter shared simple but powerful practices that promote inner and outer peace — plus they’re also plain fun! The day after Trudy and Joslyn left, we were lucky to see LR teacher, Zaineb, sharing her newly learned mindfulness practices with her students.
